This is a Queenslander at Oxley that is one of the first renovations I worked on. I have been slowly renovating it over the past 20 years. It started out as a closed in house with carpet on the floors and plasterboard walls. We removed them to uncover beautiful VJ walls and wide pine floor boards. We extended the kitchen and made the sunroom into a bedroom later keeping to the original style of the house.
This is our most recent bathroom renovation. The original floor was configured so badly that water would run out of the shower door and into the bedroom. We have now added a floor waste to catch any excess water and moved the shower waste to the centre of the shower base. The original shower screen and vanity went back in as per the customer's request.
